Hot Stephen Strasburg Rookie Cards

July 29, 2010-Stephen Straburg rookie cards are on fire as baseball card collectors everywhere buy packs and boxes trying to find the flame throwers first issue. When 2010 Bowman baseball was released on May 12, 2010, these boxes were big sellers immediately. But when Strasburg made his Major League debut on June 8, 2010, and he struck out 14 batters, the 2010 Bowman baseball product just sky-rocketed in sales and value on eBay. Even the 2010 Bowman blaster boxes were and still are highly sought after if you can even find them. I was lucky enough to find 5 2010 Bowman baseball blasters at K-mart back in mid june. But I tell you what, these have dried up because I have not seen anymore anywhere. I don't know if it's the area that I live in and there are a bunch baseball collectors or what, but I just can't find them anymore. The 2010 Bowman blasters are selling on eBay for $30-$40.

2010 Bowman Chrome is scheduled to release on October 13, 2010 and a Stephen Strasburg auto rookie card will be included in the set as a SP. Now I don't know if these boxes will be as hot as the regular 2010 Bowman were or not. Only time will tell. When 2010 Bowman Chrome hits the market, Strasburg's 2010 baseball season will most likely be over. Unless the Washington Nationals pull of a miracle and make the post season, which probably won't happen. You can pre-order 2010 Bowman Chrome baseball for around $80-$90.

Another product that features a hot Stephen Strasburg rookie card is the 2010 Topps Allen & Ginter set. This is the first year that I have collected Allen & Ginter cards and I must say it is a strange baseball card set. I busted open a few packs the other day and I got a mini Edgar Allen Poe card. But the Strasburg is leading the way for this product as well.

2010 Topps Chrome baseball will release on September 30, 2010 and it too will feature a Stephen Strasburg rookie card. You can pre-order Topps Chrome for around $75 a box. I love the Topps Chrome cards and I expect the Strasburg rookie card to fetch a nice premium in this issue as well.
